UMKC and Beyond: Campus- and University-Wide Initiatives

Renowned for its leadership in the discipline, the Regnier Institute collaborates with UMKC’s other Schools and Colleges to promote entrepreneurship and innovation across campus, making the Institute’s considerable resources available to all UMKC students and faculty. The School of Law, the School of Biological Sciences, and the School of Computing and Engineering are some of the academic departments that help their students develop an entrepreneurial mindset by actively collaborating with the Regnier Institute to develop and jointly deliver courses and workshops that combine those academic subjects with innovation and entrepreneurship in experiential classes. The Institute also provides online courses, making UMKC’s expertise in entrepreneurship accessible to students not only at UMKC, but also at the other University of Missouri campuses—Missouri University of Science and Technology at Rolla, The University of Missouri-St. Louis, and the University of Missouri-Columbia (“Mizzou”).
