MASTERS IN ENTREPRENEURIAL REAL ESTATE

This program integrates the most advanced and innovative thinking by incorporating the entrepreneurial aspects of finance, feasibility studies, urban planning,  construction means and methods, global real estate, capital markets, REITS, people and property management systems, income and property taxation, valuation,  negotiations, public policy, and corporate real estate decision making.

The program is offered in two formats: A traditional evening class format master’s degree completed in two years or an accelerated, advanced level 14 month Executive format. Both program formats are highly interdisciplinary and designed to shape the next generation of real estate leadership by integrating entrepreneurial and innovative thinking, an understanding of the public sector and how it affects today’s real estate market, and teaching from UMKC’s School of Engineering, School of Law, and Urban Planning and Design.
